A South Carolina coroner says a pilot and co-pilot killed in a Learjet crash died from smoke inhalation and burns, and two passengers were killed by impact-related injuries.
Lexington County Coroner Harry Harman released the information Monday, about two days after the plane crashed while trying to take off at a Columbia, S.C., airport.
Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and celebrity disc jockey DJ AM were critically injured in the Friday night crash but are expected to recover.

Pilot Sarah Lemmon and co-pilot James Bland were killed along with were Chris Baker and Charles Still, who worked for the musicians.
