This rib competition will feature over 10 different Chicago restaurants as well as award-winning amateurs (including winners from the 2008 Memphis BBQ Contest) competing for the title of the “Smoke-out Champion.” Judges include Stephanie Izard and Dale Levitski from Top Chef.
