If you've been meaning to check out the Chicago Art Institue or haven't been there in awhile, this is the month to do it.
The recently-renovated facility is offering free admission every day for the entire month of February.
There's a number of special exhibits and programs to take advantage of on a daily basis, including a special Black History Month Affrilachian Poets event on Feb. 12.
The ticketed exhibit, "Becoming Edvard Munch: Influence, Anxiety, and Myth," which opens on Feb. 14 is not free. The Art Insititute is offering that particular exhibit for half price ($10).
