Tiger Woods' Neighbor Launches Web Site With Accusations About Golf Star
Tiger Woods' neighbor is going public with accusations about the golf star.

It's been six months since Tiger Woods' notorious Thanksgiving night car accident outside his Florida home. In that time, all Tiger has said about that night is "it's all in the police report." According to one person, however, it "all" wasn't.

"I was stunned by what I saw. I was shocked by what I saw," Jerome "Jay" Adams said in a new video posted on BehindTheGates.com, a Web site where Adams' is offering his accounts of living near the golfer on a pay-per-view basis.

"He's not real," Adams said. "He's not true. The person that you know is just a crafted image, crafted by the individuals that are on his team."

Adams was one of the first people on the scene after Woods' mysterious Thanksgiving Day crash. His brother is the voice that was heard on the 911 call the night of the accident.

"Are you able to tell if he's breathing?" the 911 operator asked.

"No, I can't tell right now," Adams' brother replied.

Adams admitted that his family was never close to their famous neighbors to the left.

"He's a jerk," Adams said in a video clip. "He's not a guy that I thought he was on TV."

He also claims to have witnessed an argument between Tiger and wife Elin Nordegren.

"I walk out on to the balcony and what I see are Tiger and Elin having an argument," Adams said.

Previously, however, attorney Bill Sharpe, who reportedly represented Adams' family during a December 1 press conference, denied the family had seen any domestic issues between the couple.

"Had the Adams [family] witnessed any domestic issues with them before?" a reporter asked at the press conference.

    "No," Sharpe said.

In the press release, Adams claims that the attorney never represented his family. Sharpe tells Access he represented the mother.

During the press conference, Sharpe appeared unsure of how to spell the names of the family members.

"Can we get the correct names of the Adams family members?" a reporter asked.

"I don't know, look in the police report," he said.

Woods' rep could not be reached for comment.

Adams admits he is selling further details on his Web site of what he claims to know and says he will donate part of the profits to charity.

In the press release, Adams defended selling his story.

"I believe I'm doing this for the right reasons, personal to me," he said in a statement.

"It's for my family (he has a wife, a daughter and a child on the way), and for my parents (his dad suffers from dementia)," his statement, with bracketed text, continued.

Tuesday, Woods' neck injury did little to prevent him from non-physical work. With a big smile, he was snapped on set, shooting a commercial for his upcoming EA Sports PGA Tour 11 video game.
