For the second day in a row, Chicago teachers will march through the streets of the Loop following a rally at Daley Plaza on Friday afternoon.
Teachers and marchers will begin gathering at Daley Plaza on Friday ahead of the march, which is expected to cause rolling street closures in the downtown area. The group will begin their march on Randolph Street and proceed west to LaSalle Street, where they will head south.
From there the marchers are expected to walk:
-From LaSalle Street to Washington Street
-From Washington Street to Clark Street
-North on Clark Street, over the Chicago River bridge, to Kinzie
From there the marchers are expected to turn around at the intersection of Kinzie and Clark Street, then march back south to Daley Plaza.

The march could potentially impact CTA bus traffic in the area and could cause rolling street closures for drivers, so motorists are encouraged to obey police officers in the area. CTA riders can also check the Ventra app and the CTA website for up-to-date transit information.
