Andy Samberg Impersonates Rahm For Conan

Conan O'Brien brings "da mayor" out of Andy Samberg in Chicago.

A day after O'Brien let Mayor Rahm Emanuel test his Chicago "citizenship" during Monday's taping, the talk-show host coaxed Samberg into testing his mayoral impersonation on the show.

“The reason we love Rahm is because he’s got so much pent up anger,” Samberg said on the show. “You can tell that all of the things in society that drive us crazy are also gnawing away at him and he’s just on the edge of exploding.”

Samberg initially portrayed Emanuel as a calm and concerned politician then burst out with anger as he threatened those who “cut him in line at the Wiener’s Circle.”

This isn’t the first time the mayor’s comedian mini-me visited Chicago.

During Emanuel's mayoral campaign last year Samberg headlined with his impression at a private fundraiser and the pair showed up at the Merchandise Mart 'L' stop to take pictures and shake hands with commuters.

It seems Chicago is big enough for two Rahms.
