TIE ONE ON: Chicago Gateway Green's annual Green Tie Ball took a year off last year, but it's back in 2011 as one of the hottest summer parties for young professionals. The gala isn't until September, but you can catch a preview of the event and snag some discounted tickets tonight at Rockit Bar and Grill from 6-8pm. You must RSVP to attend. 22 W. Hubbard

FOOD TRUCKIN: You won't have to work very hard to track down Chicago-area food trucks tonight. Join in the Food Truck Frenzy at Ethyl’s Beer & Wine Dive in West Loop where at least seven food trucks will be parked and ready satisfy hungry diners from 6-9pm.
