Plea Deal: Actor Sean Penn cops a plea deal in the criminal case against him following his paparazzi run-in last October. Penn was charged with misdemeanor vandalism and battery. He pled no contest to thee vandalism count and the battery charge was dismissed, TMZ reports. He was placed on 36 months probation and ordered to perform 300 hours of community service. He also has to take part in 36 hours of anger management. The case isn't completely over yet. In July, a judge will decide what, if any, Penn must pay in restitution over the paps' camera and medical bills.

Staying Together: Larry King and seventh wife, Shawn Southwick, have reunited and called of their divorce, Reuters reports. A spokesperson for the 76-year-old CNN host  says he has moved back to the couple's home. King and his 50-year-old wife both filed for divorce last month after 13 years together. "We love our children, we love each other, we love being a family. That is all that matters to us," the couple said in a joint statement.

Kiss Campaign: A new campaign crosses Facebook, this one to get "Modern Family" characters Cam and  Mitchell to kiss on air. According to Popeater, the group called 'Let Cam & Mitchell kiss on Modern Family!' was launched because the characters, who play a gay couple on the show, have never kissed even though Mitchell's sister Claire and her hubby do all the time. So far almost 9,000 people have joined the group.

Going 'Glee': So yesterday I mentioned a Facebook plee to get Betty White as host of the Academy Awards. Now another effort is underway. A new page was set up to get White on Fox's hit show "Glee." More than 4,000 people have become fans of the page.

Apprentice Appearance: According to Donald Trump, Bret Michaels may make it to the "The Celebrity Apprentice" finale in a few weeks. "What he's done is amazing. He had, essentially, an explosion in his brain and he's really doing better. I don't know if it's going to happen, but he wants to be, in two weeks, on the finale. He wants to be there," Trump told Access Hollywood. Michaels suffered a brain hemorrhage last month.

Opening Night: Cannes Film Festival kicked off last night with the premiere of the only major U.S. film being debuted there, "Robin Hood." The movie's main-man, Russell Crowe walked the red carpet, along with Cate Blanchette, Kate Beckinsale, Eva Longoria Parker, Salma Hayek and Benicio del Toro. The Huffington Post has all the glamorous pics from opening night.
