The Sweet Sixteen turned sour for the autistic Chicago teen who, up until Thursday night, had a perfect NCAA bracket.

Butler's upset over Syracuse derailed 17-year-old Alex Herrmann's perfect run.  He did accurately predict Thursday night's other three games -- West Virginia over Washington, Kansas State over Xavier and Kentucky over Cornell.

The Glenbrook South High School student entered his bracket on CBSsports.com's Bracket Manager program and accurately predicted every game through the first two rounds.   The odds of somone doing that?  One in 13,460,000, according to BookofOdds.com.

Since the story broke, the Internet has been all-a-twitter with doubt as to the authenticity of Herrmann's bracket.  CBSsports.com's Bracket Manager does allow users to alter their picks after tournament play began, but the family insists that no changes were made.

A call to the Herrmann family home on Thursday night was not immediately returned.
