Griffin Bohan was a young, vibrant boy until cancer ravaged his body.

On December 14th, we brought you the story of Griffin Bohan, a young boy who's dying wish was to meet a Chicago Blackhawk.
Griffin was lucky enough to meet Blackhawk Center Jake Dowell. But, on New Years Day, this brave 6-year-old lost his year-long battle to Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a rare brain tumor that typically claims its victims within 9 months.
Griffin earned his wings at 5:15CT on 1/1/11. And, was surrounded by his parents and two siblings.
