Robert Enriquez (R) is battling Jesse White for Secretary of State in 2010.
Republican Robert Enriquez is the only challenger to current Secretary of State Jesse White. Born a US citizen in Honduras, the Aurora resident traveled extensively to over 70 countries on business for almost 20 years. In 2005, Enriquez was appointed to a Republican seat on the Illinois Human Rights Commission where he handles punitive damages complaints throughout the state.
He received an International Marketing MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College and his BS in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University, both in Cleveland. He has served as a US Marine Officer in the United States and in Europe.
