Police Arrest Murder Victim's Brother

Suspect was hiding out in an abandoned building

Chicago Police arrested and charged a 26-year-old man in connection with a murder back in May on the City's Southside.

Curtis Marble, 26, who is accused of shooting his older brother during a dice game, was found hiding in an abandoned building Friday night.  He faces charges of first degree murder for the death of his brother.

According to Police, Marble and his older brother got into a fight over the gambling game that ended when Marble retrieved a handgun and shot his brother.

He is scheduled to appear in bond court later today.
