4 People Shot on Chicago's West Side

Four people were wounded in a shooting Monday night in the Homan Square neighborhood on Chicago's West Side, according to police.

Four men suffered gunshot wounds about 9:20 p.m. in the 3300 block of West Flournoy Street, according to preliminary information from Chicago police.

Authorities said they were standing outside when they heard several shots fired and felt pain.

A 47-year-old man was shot multiple times throughout the body and was listed in critical condition at Stroger Hospital, according to police.

A 22-year-old man was shot on the right side of the face and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition. A 43-year-old man was shot once in the right thigh and listed in good condition at St. Anthony Hospital.

The fourth victim was a 46-year-old man who was shot once in the left thigh and listed in good condition at Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

Further details on the incident were not immediately available, officials said. No one is in custody in connection with the shooting as police continue to investigate.

About two hours earlier, a 15-year-old girl was shot in a park blocks away in the 3700 block of West Arthington Street.
