A 23-year-old man died after he was beaten and run over by a car in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood Sunday, police said.
The man was involved in a physical altercation just after 5:30 a.m. in the 4100 block of West 26th Street, according to authorities.
He and another man were fighting when that man got into a vehicle, made a u-turn and ran the victim over, police said.
The victim was killed in the attack, according to Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Jose Estrada. The Cook County Medical Examiner's office could not immediately confirm the death.
