Hugh Jackman's Gym Intruder Charged With Stalking and Burglary

Hugh Jackman's unwanted gym pal is giving the legal system a workout.

Katherine Thurston--the woman accused of stalking "The Wolverine" star at New York City's Gotham gym--has been slapped with a burglary charge in addition to misdemeanor stalking and harassment, E! News has learned.

Sources close to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office confirmed that the burglary count handed down in a grand jury indictment is a felony, which carries a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.

The 47-year-old homeless woman was arrested for stalking on April 13 after she stormed past the staff at the West Village gym and surprised Jackman as he was pumping iron, throwing an electric razor filled with her own pubic hair at him.

It's unclear what Thurston allegedly stole but she can at least take heart with this: Prosecutors did drop charges of menacing and criminal weapons-possession.

Thurston remains jailed in lieu of a $7,500 bond. Her next court date is scheduled for May 8.
