Plumb bought the home with the help of her parents in 1969. At the time she paid $55,300. It just sold for $3.9 million.

The 850sq foot 1950s era cottage in Malibu’s Escondido Beach was marketed with plans for an ultramodern residence designed by Meis Architects, who designed the Staples Center in Los Angeles, among other venues, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Plumb, 58, was a well-known child actor at the time she bought the home. Prior to her Brady Bunch success, She appeared on Gunsmoke. The actress was most recently in Fox’s “Grease Live.”
