Adam Levine Just Treated This 10-Year-Old Fan With Down Syndrome to the Best Maroon 5 Concert Ever

Adam Levine has the voice, and a pretty giant heart!

Maryland resident Christopher Warner isn't shy about showcasing his love for Maroon 5 and the band's lead singer. In fact, his teachers admit he may just be a bit obsessed.

"He loves to listen to their music during work breaks," special education teacher Avery Stanert told Today.com about her star Down syndrome student. "He draws pictures of them. He just absolutely loves them."

But instead of simply enjoying her student's enthusiasm each and every day at school, Stanert decided to do something about it. She created a video to prove once and for all how big of a fan Warner was.

The YouTube video quickly went viral and attracted the attention of Hot 99.5's The Kane Show. Knowing Maroon 5 was coming to town, the radio team decided to work a few connections. What comes next may just warm your heart.

"They arranged for backstage passes and tickets," Stanert shared. "They immediately called the record label and worked it out."

After arriving at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C., Warner, his mom and a group of teachers headed backstage where they came face-to-face with Levine and the band.

But being the superfan that he is, Warner got a little nervous and crouched down to the floor when meeting his idol. Never fear! Levine handled it like a pro by suggesting everyone else get on the floor too. Awww!

"He's a typical 10-year-old boy. He loves music, he loves drawing, he loves his friends. He's just a very caring, really amazing boy," his teacher shared after the special encounter. "We've been really happy to see how Down syndrome has gotten lot of attention for this."

She added, "Kids with Down syndrome are just like their peers."
