Free summer workouts are returning to Millennium Park.
The summer workout series will take place on Saturdays, June 4-Sept. 3, with the first class beginning at 7 a.m. The fitness series includes Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba led by various instructors, accompanied by live music, DJs and drummers. All workouts are free and take place on the Great Lawn in Millennium Park.
In addition to the weekend fun, Wednesday Yoga will also make its return. Beginning June 1 and continuing through Aug. 31, Wednesday Yoga sessions run 45-minutes long from 7:30-8:15 a.m. on the Great Lawn.

Saturday, June 4 – Chicago Gospel Music Festival
Yoga - 7 a.m. led by Marta Bailey from Dunamis Yoga
Cardio Workout - 8 a.m. led by LaTonya Ellis
Pilates - 9 a.m. led by East Bank Club
Zumba - 10 a.m. led by East Bank Club
For just the opening Saturday, Gospel music will be played during yoga and cardio workout.
Saturdays, June 11-25
Tai Chi - 7 a.m. led by Christopher Zalek from the Great Lakes Tai Chi
Yoga - 8 a.m. led by Lani Granum of Moksha Yoga
Pilates - 9 a.m. led by Leah Ousley, Skyy Level Group Fitness
Zumba - 10 a.m. led by DANCEYTUDE with Meagan Ponce
The music played during yoga and Pilates these Saturdays will be by Carlo Basile of Las Guitarras de Espana and Friends. The drumming during Zumba will be performed by Crozier Percussion Collective.
Saturdays, July 2-30
Tai Chi - 7 a.m. led by Gilda’s Club Chicago with Deb Sitron and martin Romero
Yoga - 8 a.m. led by Alie McManys
Pilates - 9 a.m. led by Emily Gross, At the Core
Zumba - 10 a.m. led by Iris T. London, ITL Fitness
The music played during yoga and Pilates these weekends will be by Bill Mackay and drumming during Zumba by The Rhythm Revolution Drummers.
