Mayor Richard M. Daley’s final days in office are ticking away. To mark them, he’s on a citywide neighborhood appreciation tour.
On Saturday, he made his second stop on that tour, this time thanking Chicagoans at Bromann Park, 5400 N. Broadway, for their support.
Daley will continue his farewell tour for the next five weeks, aiming to stop in each of the city’s 50 wards, until he hands over the keys to his office to Mayor-Elect Rahm Emanuel on May 16.
