While Chicago waits to hear if Rahm Emanuel is on the ballot, the city of Baltimore says come on down.
The Baltimore Sun wrote in an editorial that if Emanuel loses with the Illinois Supreme Court, he'll be "welcomed with open arms" to run in Baltimore.
"Home is where the heart is," the Sun editorial said.
The paper adds, "who is more Chicagoan, somone who was born in the city and represented it in Congress for years, or someone who moves in 365 days before the election?"
