Jennifer Aniston has set the real estate gossip-mongers into overdrive. The actress has reportedly (very quietly) put her Beverly Hills mansion on the market for a hefty $42 million, which lends credibility to her rumored move to the West Village.
Check out this chic city pad Aniston was spotted touring.
Aniston bought the Beverly Hills property in 2006 for $13 million and spent two and a half years renovating the pad alongside designer to the stars, Stephen Shadley. The gated estate was famously featured in the March 2010 issue of "Architectural Digest" where the actress showed off her stunning palatial crib and boasted that the home, "vibrates with the love that created it." With panoramic views of Los Angeles, an outdoor fireplace, a luxurious spa, and custom solar panels, the home radiates elegance, accessibility, and stylish charm. Only time will tell whether Aniston decides to swap her L.A. nest for a more urban pad in the Big Apple.
