Sunny and bitter cold this morning with wind chill reading to 8 below zero. Still sunny this afternoon, but some high thin clouds will start to filter in. While temps recover a little, it remains quite cold for the season with afternoon highs in the upper teens to low 20s. NBC 5’s Byron Miranda has more.
