Woman Carjacked During Rush Hour Near Downtown Portillo's

Chicago police are investigating a brazen carjacking in the heart of downtown. Police say a 34-year-old woman was pumping gas at the station next to Portillo’s and McDonald’s when she was carjacked during rush hour. NBC 5’s Lexi Sutter reports.
