Western Golf Association Urges Illinois Governor to Allow Caddies on Golf Courses

In Illinois, area golfers have been able to go out and play with restrictions since May 1, but even with the June 1 easing of restrictions, caddies still aren’t allowed. NBC 5’s Mike Berman reports.
