Video Shows Kiteboarder in Snow in Downtown Chicago

Morgan Roy said he was looking at the view of Grant Park after a burst of snow Tuesday in Chicago when he noticed an unexpected sight in one of the fields. Turned out, it was a kiteboarder taking to the fresh powder. “Took me a second to figure it out, but then had to get a video of it,” Roy, who is a kiteboarder himself, said. “I have seen people kiteboard up in north Michigan on frozen lakes and large empty fields but first I have seen in Grant Park.”
