Siblings Battling Terminal Illness Surrendered to Stroger Hospital

Adult siblings battling a rare terminal illness were surrendered to Stroger Hospital after losing both parents to COVID. Their brother said he could no longer care for them while working a full-time job. NBC 5’s Regina Waldroup reports.
