Salvation Army's Red Kettles Return to Help Those in Need in Chicago

The Salvation Army Chicago has brought out the Red Kettles this season for the 121st time. This year’s effort outside Jewel-Osco stores comes with a lofty fundraising goal as many people in our area are struggling. NBC 5’s Kye Martin reports.
