Organ Donation Decreases Amid Coronavius

No living donor transplants were performed between March 29 and April 22 in the Chicago area, as anyone who tests positive for coronavirus is not eligible to donate, according to the United Network for Organ Sharing. NBC 5’s Regina Waldroup reports.
