Omicron Variant ‘Likely Already Here' in Chicago, Says Chicago's Top Doctor

As Chicago breaks a record for the number of positive COVID cases since January, Chicago Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Allison Arwady said that she expects the rapidly spreading omicron COVID-19 variant to be detected in the city within a number of days.
