Officer rescues two dogs trapped in icy reservoir in Fort Wayne

Indiana officer successfully rescues two black labs trapped in the icy waters of Reservoir Park in Fort Wayne. The dogs were later handed over to Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control for potential reunification with their owner or adoption.
