Off-Duty Chicago Police Officer Convicted of 2nd-Degree Murder

A Chicago police officer who fatally shot a 38-year-old man outside a Northwest Side apartment while the officer was off duty in 2017 was found guilty of second-degree murder. NBC 5’s Chris Hush reports.
