Neighbors Sing 6-Year-Old Happy Birthday Through Fence After Party Canceled

Liam Zilch’s sixth birthday party was canceled because of the COVID-19 outbreak in Illinois. So his Wheaton neighbors decided to gather at a safe distance outside his home to sing happy birthday to him through a fence.
