Lightfoot Reveals Dates for Gradual Reopening

As much of Illinois begins to reopen Friday, Chicago will not move into phase three of reopening until next week. On Thursday, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot outlined what will change come Wednesday and what still needs to happen before the city fully reopens. NBC 5’s Mary Ann Ahern reports
