Lightfoot on How Coronavirus Has Changed Chicago, When Lakefront Might Reopen

While it remains unclear when exactly Chicago will enter phase three of its reopening plan, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said in a one-on-one interview with NBC 5 Tuesday that she does plan on reopening “at some point this summer.” Mary Ann Ahern reports.
