Lightfoot Calls Chicago's Memorial Day Weekend Violence a ‘Fail'

After a violent Memorial Day weekend in Chicago, Mayor Lori Lightfoot cited a lack of federal resources, jail admittance and court hearings during the coronavirus pandemic for making community policing the most difficult she’s seen in more than 20 years. NBC 5’s Patrick Fazio reports.
