Girl, 12, Shot While Celebrating Birthday Dies, Activist Says

A 12-year-old girl who was shot in the head in Chicago’s West Englewood neighborhood while celebrating her birthday last week has died, according to Chicago community activist Andrew Holmes. NBC 5’s Vi Nguyen reports.
