The people who help run Dorothy’s Sweet Shoppe are looking forward to its official reopening this weekend. Dorothy’s is part of Gateway to Learning’s mission to teach life skills to adults with intellectual challenges with the ultimate goal of employment. NBC 5’s LeeAnn Trotter reports.
