Culinary arts apprentices in Greater Grand Crossing get to practice real-world meal prep

The Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood is one of several south side communities that are considered food deserts.  One of the organizations working to combat the problem is the Gary Comer Youth Center, and LeeAnn Trotter has more on their mission.
