CTU Delegates Vote to Send CPS Proposal to Members for Vote

The Chicago Teachers Union took a step toward ending the in-person learning dispute with Chicago Public Schools Monday as its delegates voted to send a proposal on reopening schools to full membership for a vote. NBC 5’s Natalie Martinez reports.
