COPA investigates alleged ‘sexual misconduct' involving Chicago police officers, migrant

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability confirmed Friday it had opened a formal investigation into an allegation that 10th District police officers engaged in sexual relations with at least one migrant housed at the police station. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojciechowski reports.
