Chicago Brings Its A-Game in Hilariously Pun-Heavy ‘Name a Snowplow' Contest

The City of Chicago announced in December its first annual “You Name a Snowplow Contest,” encouraging residents to “use their ingenuity and imagination to create snowplow names.”
