Chef Thai Dang's Chicago Gourmet Preview is a Virtual Rainbow

As part of the Chicago Gourmet’s virtual event, Chef Thai Dang of HaiSous showcases a vibrant Vietnamese salad. Chef Dang will host a live cooking demo as part of the Go Gourmet Virtual Series at 6 p.m. on Sept. 17. He will be joined by Emcee Audarshia Townsend, and his demo will also include a suggested cocktail Aperol Spritz and wine pairing led by Master Sommelier Joe Spellman of JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery.
