Charges Announced in Brazen 2021 Shooting Caught on Tape

Charges were announced Thursday by Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx in connection to a daytime shooting in 2021. Foxx stood beside Police Supt. David Brown and Mayor Lori Lightfoot to make the announcement. NBC 5’s Vi Nguyen reports.
