Brown Promises ‘More Resources' After 36 Weekend Shootings in Chicago

Over the weekend, a total of 36 shootings were reported by Chicago police. As a result on the recent increase in violence, Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown said Monday that the city will commit more resources to combating shootings. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojciechowski reports.
