Blind Man With Coronavirus Found on Street After Hospital Discharged Him Without Notifying Family

A medical center in Chicago is changing the way patients are discharged during the coronavirus pandemic after a 69-year-old man with the virus, who is legally blind and speaks little English, was discharged without his family being notified and later found wandering alone on a street near the hospital.
