Biden Pushes Economic Recovery Plan, Doesn't Address Chicago Violence

During his visit to Crystal Lake, President Joe Biden touted his economic and recovery plans for working families. The president didn’t address Chicago violence, though he briefly spoke with Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle upon arrival. NBC 5’s Vi Nguyen reports.
