After School Matters Celebrates Milestone With Major New Project

Back in the summer of 1991, 260 teenagers participated in a new arts program called Gallery 37. Thirty years later, it’s called After School Matters and it’s celebrating the milestone with a major public arts project. LeeAnn Trotter reports.
