$8M Hilco settlement reached 4 years after industrial implosion

A lawsuit has been settled in US district court, with money going to Little Village residents whose lives were negatively affected by an industrial implosion four years ago. After lawyer costs and outreach fees, the “Hilco settlement” is $8 million. NBC 5’s Kye Martin reports.
