$23M in CPS tech devices lost or stolen, new IG report finds

Chicago Public Schools Inspector General William Fletcher’s office found 77,000 laptops and other tech devices to be lost or stolen. “We’re looking at fraud, waste, misconduct,” he said. NBC 5’s Mary Ann Ahern reports.
