Report: Bears trade Robert Quinn to the Eagles originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago
The Chicago Bears are trading veteran defensive end Robert Quinn to the Philadelphia Eagles for a fourth-round pick, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
According to Mike Garafolo, the Bears will pick up "most of the remaining salary" for Quinn.

During the 2021 season, Quinn broke Richard Dent's franchise record for single sacks in a season with 18.5 sacks. In the same season, Quinn was elected to the NFC Pro-Bowl team and was named second-team All-Pro.
The veteran defensive end's status on the team has been shaky since the beginning of the Bears' rebuild.
It was reported in May he wanted to be traded from the team. But, at the start of training camp, he admitted to the media he "expected" to be a Bear and didn't want to move to another team because he was tired of moving.
The Washington Post reported the Bears planned to move Quinn a little over a week ago as the Nov. 1 trade deadline neared.
